What to expect when you request a bid from Kenis Loven Consrtruction:

1. We will respond to you, usually within one business day, to set up an appointment at your home
2. At that meeting we will get the site measurements as well as your ideas for the project
   • it is not necessary for you to have any drawings to give to us but it is helpful
   • there is no charge for this initial meeting or design work
3. In about one week from our meeting someone will return to your home with a set of drawings and a bid for you to review
   • all of our cabinets are bid with installation included
4. From this first set of drawings you can let us know if you like the design or if there are changes we need to make.
5. Once we have settled on a design and price, we ask for a signed contract and a deposit of 1/2 down to get your project scheduled, with the second half being payable upon completion.
6. Generally our lead time is about 8 weeks from the time we receive the signed contract to installation.
